This lab contains a cluster of electrical testing and characterisation experiments including Deep Level Transient Spectroscopy (DLTS), Hall measurement system, ECV, X-ray Diffraction and four point probe system. This equipment is used to characterise and quantify electronic materials and modifications made to them such as epitaxial growth and ion implantation.
