Virtual tour :The Lithography Lab

This lab contains a variety of optoelectronics and photonics related equipment such as a laser direct write system used to directly produce waveguide devices. Many of the device fabrication processes rely on ultraviolet lithography so the room lights have to be filtered to remove the blue end of the spectrum - hence the orange appearance of the lab.
