About the ANU Women in Physics group

Hello, and welcome to the web site of the ANU Women in Physics group. We are a small group of physicists in the Research School of Physical Sciences and Engineering and The Faculties at the Australian National University. We suggest you take a look at the history of the group to find out how and why the group was formed.

One of our aims has been to increase the number of women on committees around the Research School and the Faculties. Here's a a list of committees, including some university wide committees. And you can take a look at the article about women physics phd students that appeared in the Canberra Times.

Contact details:

The people to contact about the group at the moment are Kylie Waring, Jenny Wong-Leung, or Helen Smith. If you would like to be put on our e-mail list to receive information about meetings and other items of interest, please e-mail me (click on the address at the bottom of this page).
