Registration
To participate in the Summer School you should join COSNet, which is free and you have to download and complete the Summer School Registration Summer School Registration Form.
Registration Fee
The registration fee of A$100 (including GST) is payable by all Summer School participants at the time of registration. This fee is non-refundable unless written notice of cancellation is received before November 1, 2008. The fee covers program costs and a copy of the proceedings of the morning lectures which will be published in book form after the Summer School.
