Research Interests

Semiconductor device physics and physics of nanostructures; electronic subband structure, electron (magneto-) transport, optical absorption and emission (including laser generation and application of free-electron laser radiation), ultrafast phenomena, spintronics, and ultrasonic generation and detection (including coherent phonon emission and saser generation) in low-dimensional semiconductor systems and semiconductor nanostructures.
