Student Assistance Guidelines

• Limited financial assistance will be offered on a needs basis to bona fide undergraduate or postgraduate students only.
• For accommodation costs, assistance will only be offered towards room and board at Ursula college on ANU campus.
• We are unable to provide any travel support to postgraduate students.
• Students requesting support should write to the Convenor, Dr Michael Shats (tss@anu.edu.au) before November 18, 2005, attaching proof of current enrolment or a letter from their supervisor, lecturer, or head of department.
• Applications for support will be assessed by the organisers and payment to successful applicants will be made during the Summer School, as credits towards accommodation costs at Ursula College.
• The exact amount of financial assistance offered to students will not be known until all applications for assistance have been received.
  To assess the level of assistance offered, it is important that we know in advance how many student participants require financial support.
