(1867-1942) in 1891 and lived in Belfast, Ireland. They had 12
children, seven daughters and five sons.
The
Dalzell
line is traced back to Ireland with Robert Dalzell, born around 1800,
carpenter, wife unknown, son was William b.1829 d.1867, also a
carpenter, presume in Belfast area. The Dalzells were originally from
Scotland and migrated to Ulster, Ireland. William married Agnes
Stevenson in 1860, and one of the children was Agnes Stevenson
Dalzell featured in this web page.
After John Wallace died, Agnes later remarried, and in 1912 the
family moved to Dalmuir, Scotland.
A number of the
Wallace
family later migrated to Sydney, Australia. The main family group
arrived in 1923, but others arrived a few years earlier. Family
